Fantastic staff at this location, I can’t thank them enough for their help. I had an issue where my number was ported fraudulently to MetroPCS without my permission or consent. After getting no where on my own, the staff at this location was kind enough to put me directly in contact with the right people on two separate days and get the situation resolved with me finally getting my number back. I am now a MetroPCS subscriber because of their great service.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! A woman by the name of Desiree will allow others to access your account without your authorization. When called to inform her that I didn't give permission she got very unprofessional with me and took the situation personal. She said that he said he needed his phone on and that is all that matters. She said she made the changes without my authorization and he left out a happy customer. When I asked to speak to manager she stated that she was the manager. WOW this what Metro PCS hires to be around their customers sensitive information? For a sale "Desiree"will do fraudulent activity to make a buck. So please choose a different Metro PCS in the area if you don't want your account or account information compromise. This incident happen on Sunday 6/23/2019 by the lady name Desiree that stated she was the manager. After I talk to the escalation team I will update with the resolution.
