Flowers not as pictured. This was for a funeral and the lady who passed away love Lillys so I ordered the standup spray with several large full bloom stargazer Lillys. The delivered product had some Lillys in it but they were not bloomed and this was for a funeral service not a floral arrangement so its not like they would open in time to be able to enjoy. The other flowers in it was wilted. Attaching photos of what was ordered and what was received

This place is a joke delivered dead flowers . I ordered candy and a balloon they did not deliver either. They also did not refund my money. Stay away from this place! You have been warned!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have waited almost 2 months since my dad's passing to write this review.  First it took me several weeks going back and forth between the mortuary and this flower shop trying to get the most accurate information. To this day I have not been able to contact or hear back from the owner. The person who communicated with me continued to say the owner was out of the country, and he was just the person doing deliveries.  This is extremely hard to believe.  I will just say that I was so disappointed and embarrassed by the service and even more so by the plant.  First, I never got it until after the funeral because he simply left it and called a number that was disconnected, so it sat outside for almost a week.  I have a Ph.D in education but know very little about the flower business, however I do know that the flower should have gone back to the shop and the sender should have been notified.  Also, if I am able to post the picture of the plant, I will do so even if I have to use another website. It was a peace lily the size of a teacup with one stem. Looking at the reviews, I noticed that most of you received great service from this place, so that tells me there is preferential treatment when it comes to giving professional and quality service.  The loss of a parent is difficult enough without having to go through what I have gone through with this company.  The flower was sent by my church, and I have not found a way to inform them of this issue yet.  Even though I live in another state, a lot of my family members live in Greenville, SC, and I pray we won't need flowers for this kind of occasion for a long time.  Nonetheless, I wouldn't want my church or anyone who is not on their preferential treatment list to ever use this place again!
