We had the pleasure of working with Bobbie Katherine and I could not have asked for anyone better! She knew it was our first time buying and that we were very nervous but she made the process so manageable and would take away any nerves we had. Any question I had at any time of the day she would answer immediately. Her communication was 10/10. Her personality an absolute 10/10, just a blessing to work with! I could compliment her for hours. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy.

I had the pleasure of working with Matthew Walker for my first home loan. Initially our communication started off very limited, we were very early in the process. I had no idea how much Megan was doing in the background to prep the info we had already given her and prepare a concise list of exactly what she needed from us to move the loan forward. As we got closer to crunch time and my wife and I had questions Megan was quick to answer and always available via email, phone or text. As the realtor and lawyer had questions, she was always ready with the info or great with communications in getting the needed documentation. Anytime a panic question or doubt would start Megan was great with setting us straight with the facts and helping us to fully understand the process. If youre in the market for a mortgage I urge you to look no further than Megan. There are tons of services, people, apps and more, however with something this important you want someone on your team that responds quickly and effectively.
