Clean, accommodating and perfect for our family with small kids. They are really thoughtful for everything a family might need being away from home. Breakfast had lactose free and gluten free options. Workers took pride in their work and worked so hard and were kind. We had a great experience. Thank you

This my second stay in the hotel and was disappointed how the housekeeping turned to compared to the first stay, literally all what have been done is the bed made up, I highlighted this concern several times to the front desk staff, seriously the management need to reconsider how the housekeeping is managed now.

I recently stayed at this location for the weekend, I left a designer purse still in the dust bag in the closet. I called they stated that no purse was recovered. I was hysterical. Kim stated that she would personally go look and she found my purse!!! I was relieved I had already flown back home and she stated that the manager responsible for shipping items will be in the next morning. I called and the manager (Sandra or Sonia Rodriguez) she stated that she would call Kim to see where the purse was located because she was unaware of a purse being found. Again I began to become hysterical but she called me back 5 minutes later and told me she spoke to Kim she has the purse and she is ready to ship it to me. She sent me a few email instructions and my purse arrived the next day. I cant began to tell you how greatful I am to the staff for being honest and returning my purse
