Went by the location today and its says for lease what happened??? I got 1 SUCCESSFUL business. However, that didn't answer my question. You ever consider a school may not be everyone's career path?? Goofy and that's why ya school not there anymore because of your NASTY attitude and disposition.

As a school owner I have been able to assist with many students to achieve their goals in becoming licensed in the beauty industry. However some didn't do what was required and now complaining to who will listen. At the end of the day , if you're willing to do the work and be present in school, YOU CAN WIN. We are proud of our accomplishments and realize we aren't a good fit for everyone. If you're interested in attending our school, please stop by and tour our campus. The "owner" Angela Chambers has many masks that she wears. She'll first wear the mask of niceness to lure you in and make you feel as if you're making the right decision. Then once you're in, she takes the niceness mask off & that's when you see the real her; A very nasty and ugly disposition this woman has. She does not care about your education as she claims. She only cares about the money. She brings her marital problems to work with her so it definitely reflects in her professional life. She doesn't have any real trained instructors in the school to actually teach you the curriculum. No real curriculum. Rules were definitely made every week. She was not open to constructive criticism when students brought it to get attention how nasty her attitude is. If things didn't go her way, she would definitely call the police on you. Asking for a refund? TUH!! What refund? She's obviously going through some financial crisis because she's always complaining about the guy (from TLC Nails) and how she wish she'd never went into contract with him and how she wants out so bad. Just from observation it sounds like she's robbing Peter to pay Paul. Then she'll try to remedy this review like the others stating how she had this high rate of students taking the test and graduating. Well of course they're going to pass!! Did they not invest their money and time into their education??? I only give credit to the students. Going to school in a intense environment after you've invested your money can be quite a challenge. So, big ups to the ones pushing through despite the harsh treatment they have received from her. And to the ones who paid their money and never got a refund, I'm so sorry you had to experience loss at the hands of a greedy woman. You will get back what's rightfully owed to you. Karma will definitely makes its rounds to Ms.  Angela because there is a God that sits high and looks low.. He sees and reads the hearts and minds of people. God doesn't give you assignments As big as being a black owner of a hair school Angela for you to mess over people. You failed the assignment because you most certainly didn't understand it. You, my dear are being judged for your selfish heart and actions. You are not for the people and you certainly don't have a heart for anyone..You will reap what you sow!! Some of those women you took from are mothers!! Not that you care, right? God doesn't play about his children and you are operating on full demon time. And may his wrath and destruction rain down upon your head and your finances like hot coal!! May your business and finances suffer until you do right by the people you've done wrong and give those women all their money back!! A Wheeler dealer is what you are. Your actions are very distasteful and you're a disgrace to the cosmetology community!!.For the ones reading this review, it's easy to say BEWARE! What I will say, is use your God given discernment. Pray before you go to this school if you're interested and ask God to show you exactly what you need to see! Also, before you sign anything, READ your contracts and make sure you get copies of EVERYTHING she has you to dorm. She is not to be trusted when it comes to contracts!! It is your right to have a copy of anything that you sign and you can also refuse to sign. For the one's who left less than 5 star reviews, they are not lying!Like I said Angela,You will REAP what you SOW!!P. S and you can spare me your reply. Take it to God, not me love because it's above me now!

There are many options in the upstate for pursuing a nail technology certificate. Unfortunately, this establishment isn't one of them. The owner Mrs. Angela Chambers-Lee isn't well versed in the world of cosmetology. Her history is only in servicing hair, not nails, nor skin. However, her school only currently offers esthetics and nail technology courses. The curriculum, though that of the state board, is very loosely covered by her and other "cosmetology" instructors. The instructor claims to know the rules and regulations very well but has no real knowledge of the "do's and don'ts." In persuasion to get me to sign a contract with the nail technology course she informed me that I could obtain some of my hours at a nail salon. After I found out that it was in fact illegal to do so she informed me that since this was no longer an option I would need to pay $20/hr for the hours that I needed to make up. Due to learning early on in her course that she does not keep her word I recorded every private conversation after. A conversation in which she admitted to one of her hired employees forging my signature on a contract, a conversation where she stated she was better than me in life, and a slew of other things. The instructor ended up withdrawing me on the basis that I committed a crime. The crime was that of me recording our conversation. A process that is legal as long as I'm a part of the conversation.
