        I have always had the best experience with all the staff members at Emerald City Animal Hospital. They are good at communicating with you especially if you do the drop off option. They are very professional and really care about your pet.

        I was not present but I was on the phone with my sister who was attending with ECAH and my two puppies preparing them to be transported to Switzerland from the US. From listening and from the feedback from my sister, all around they were patient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the process and quickly arranged the follow up timings to coincide with the departure date. I really appreciate their help!
