Carrabba's Italian Grill

Had dinner at Carrabba’s in Hilton Head Island and was beyond disappointed with the condition of the dining area, the kitchen staff and food. We were in town for a business trip and decided to have dinner at Carrabba’s. When we walked in there were not many people, the time was 7:45 pm. Most of the tables were dirty and had dishes on them. Jake (a server) not ours was sitting in a booth texting for at least 30 minutes. TJ our server was very nice but while we were waiting in our food a fight broke out in the kitchen. When I got my salmon 45 minutes later, it was cold and raw in the middle. We were given a full refund, but it really surprised me how little care was displayed by the staff of this restaurant.

$40 on an order and actually I had it delivered for $54 and it's a joke. McDonald's would've been better then this. The portions literally made us laugh. Will not ever be back.

Awesome zucchini frites and chicken Bryan. Love this particular restaurant and location for its fast friendly service and great atmosphere. Also a plus it’s open for lunch.

Food was delicious, our server, T.J. was very attentive and professional. The manager, Tim, should be commended for how the restaurant was set up so that diners were comfortable in these trying times of COVID-19.
