I called them about a week ago to make an appointment. I set for a septic pumping for today, Thursday, since it was my only day off this week. The gentleman said 'pick your time, we don't have anything for that day yet' so I picked 8am since I was going to have a full, busy day. So 8 comes and no one shows. I wait and call them at 830 to check when they were going to be here. The guy said he'd call his guys and see where they were and 'call me right back.' So 9 rolls around and no update. So I text them and told them to cancel my service, I got a response of 'ok.' I was super busy today and their lack of professionalism and lack of respect for their customers put me over an hour behind on getting my day done. No apology or attempt to make it right. They didn't care a bit. There are a lot of other places to get to do your work, I'd suggest any of them. It's sad, just another company that doesn't care about service.

My Septic company for life! Our LET system backed up and on Sunday at 9:30pm, I was able to text them and have an appointment setup for the next day within 15 minutes. When they had a delay, they texted me to let me know. They also explained how everything worked and what they were doing. Great customer service!
