The entire conversation I was attempting to get a service done for my house, which I have been saving up for. And the entire conversation he was shutting me down with remarks about how my house and kitchen were to small for them to do the job, how I cant afford it, and he doesn't do that... Oh and yes he did mention that Big Box store "does that kind of work we wouldn't do that.'

This place has the WORST floor saleswoman i have EVER dealt with in my entire life!!!!!! I have been to this store twice just to have this snippy salesperson talk down to me as if i would never be able to afford their prices.let me start by saying i have been a successful salesperson for over 13 years i am 32 years old and own my own home have paid it off by myself and clear over 6 figures a year.something i am willing to bet she cannot say for herself..but anyway,so the first time i go into this place i walk in and look around found a vanity sink i liked and went to her and asked her how much would it cost to order this vanity?she looks at me rolls her eyes and says in a very snotty tone"look young man,this isn't some big box store.You can't just come in this place and just buy whatever you want and take it home".i looked at her and said "yes ma'am i understand that, i was clearly only asking how much it would cost to order this particular cabinet i really like the style and design".so she huffs and puff rolls her eyes and says"well i'll go look up the price".while she is looking up the price i closely examine the cabinet to see how well built it is.upon closer examination i realize that this vanity is made out of PARTICLE board.so this lady comes back out of her office and has this look of disgust on her face.she is acting like i am a complete waste of her time and even her breath.she says "that particular vanity is $899.00"and she insinuates the number as if it is such big number and soooo out of my price range.by this point i felt so unwelcomed and insulted.i looked at her and said "wow don't you feel 899 is a bit steep for a vanity that is made from particle board? you know the same material they use to build furniture in the BIG BOX stores?she smacked her lips and rolled her eyes and i walked out of the store....the second time i went in this store was just as bad as the first.i don't wanna drag this story out cause honestly i am tired of thinking about it...long story short she had the same snotty attitude,was very condescending,still rolled her eyes and acted like i was disturbing her break time......the funny part about this is i drive by this place regularly and never see anybody go into this place.so what does this lady do all day besides sit at her desk roll her eyes at people,and try he best to make people feel so unwelcome so much so that she never will make a sale?A truly good sales person makes his/her customers feel like family and will always try to sell to ANYONE not just people that drive up in mazaratis.after dealing with this rude obnoxious woman twice i can honestly say i am not sure how this place stays in business.i would recommend any potential buyer going ANYWHERE other than this place to buy anything even if you have to go to a big box store.at least there you will get quality customer service.
