        Cale came first thing, got straight to work, knew immediately the problem, fixed it and even turned around to check back on something else which was another person's fault. He then hooked us up with a plumber who also made room in their schedule for us. It was a real pleasure to have a total professional help us out at a very fair price. THANK YOU!         Cale was outstanding. First of all, he called twice to let me know his ETA and he was right on time. Diagnosed the problem with our washing machine in less than 30 minutes and made multiple recommendations. based on pricing and value. Service call fee was very reasonable. Would definitely use Ace in the future !

        This company was one of our choices for our warranty program. They diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator, handled it with the warranty company, and fixed it within a week. They were very professional and kind. Prior this company, we had been serviced by another company, who I would rate a 1 or less!
