        They were rude when I first tried to get on as I was leaving my moms policy for the first time. I didnt know what I was doing. Later they doubled my cost, and claimed I asked for an updated policy. This was not true. They were difficult to get on the phone. They were overcharging me by hundreds. It took me three days just to get someone to pick up the phone. They did not call back after I left two messages. John answered and was rude. I dont know why my experience seems to contrast with most of the reviews I see, but it was terrible. They seem to have taken advantage of me at every turn.
