I received estimates from three different closet companies and I chose Charleston Custom Closets because Nathan had the most functional, and creative designs, in addition to the most competitive pricing. His crew was on time, professional, respectful, and neat. I would use them again without hesitation. Totally drama free experience!

Nate and his team took our old wire rack closet system and literally installed a masterpiece. I believe my wife actually shed a little tear. Looks amazing- can’t say enough about how it turned out. Will say this. She is very pleased. He was there on site during the process. Communication, follow-up, level of service before and during process and overall experience were outstanding. His team could not have been anymore professional and courteous. Top notch company, outstanding product, happy customer. Price point was great and product exceeded expectations. Nathan and his team at Charleston Custom Closets blew me away with our master closet design and installation! Nathan started by visiting my home to design the closet space. He took measurements quickly with a laser (and wasn’t even phased by my disaster of a closet) and within minutes he had planned a design for me to view on his computer. He did an exceptional job of making the most of our small-ish space, which I really appreciated! He emailed me two closet options later that day, one more expensive option with drawers and one without. He also let me know that we could add drawers and other accessories on later, so we ended up starting out with more simple shelving. After we paid our deposit, Nathan gave us an install date, but he ended up getting in touch a few weeks later to let us know that a closer slot had opened up! On install day, Nathan arrived before his team to view the space again and introduce me to the installers - a nice touch as opposed to two guys I had never met just showing up at my house. They laid out drop cloths throughout the house to protect my floors and went to work. Nathan and the installers were so personable, and even indulged my 2 year old when she insisted on showing them her room. They were efficient and only took a few hours to get everything set up. They even took the time to vacuum before leaving. The whole experience was top notch, and I’ve never had a better experience working with a contractor. I can’t wait to see how he transforms my pantry next! If you’re considering Charleston Custom Closets, don’t even bother calling anyone else. Their prices are fair and their service is excellent. I could not be happier with my experience with Charleston Custom Closets, from start to finish. (And by finish... I mean years from now when I’ve been able to redo every single closet and pantry in my house with their systems!) Nathan really customizes the experience to what you are interested in. After he sees the space, if you need suggestions, examples from other projects, a design made for you, etc. he can walk you through all that with great recommendations. This was the case with my master closet. However, if you already have a vision for your space, he can work with that too. For my laundry room I had a good sense of what I wanted, and he was able to take my ideas and translate it into a rendering. Once I get my initial design rendering by email, I ended up changing my mind on a few things, and Nathan sent me updated designs until it was exactly what I envisioned. I appreciate how transparent he was about cost breakdown— if a drawer size shifted, he was able to say exactly how it would affect the overall price. On install day he and his teammate were timely, friendly, and so efficient. They took time to cover all my floors before bringing any products in, and even vacuumed after (honestly my floors looked cleaner than before they were there!) If you have preexisting wire shelving like I did, they even take care of removing and discarding it for you at no extra fee. As I mentioned, I will definitely be a repeat customer. If you’re comparing companies, no need to hesitate with booking Charleston Custom Closets. (Also, this review was made a few weeks after my project was done - no discount given for my writing of this, just honest review.)
