He did my taxes incorrectly, which led to me being audited.
I had moving expenses by air. He treated them as expenses by car. When he was entering that methodology, I told him he is treating them wrong and that he should stick to the receipts that I gave him. He ignored me and went ahead using the incorrect method anyway.
It triggered an audit by CRA and I had to pay money back to CRA. When I told him it has triggered a CRA audit, he wanted me to pay him to deal with the CRA too. I told him "No", talked to CRA myself, explained what he had done incorrectly, and the CRA resolved the matter.
