        Horrendous customer service. Scheduled set up between 8:00 and 10:00; 10:15 no chairs and umbrella. Called office and staff gave excuse of traffic. I understand things happen; however please learn some basic customer service skills.

        I was referred here when Surfside Realty had no available bikes to rent. They usually don’t do same day delivery but they were kind enough to deliver the bikes same day and right away. Great customer service and very friendly. Thank you!
