image The lady that's in charge of our property. Want take calls you have to email them. I sent a check in. It got lost in the mail. They gave me a late fee. The lady that answered the phone. Didn't want to hear anything. All she kept saying was we got it on the 16th.

image Our HOA replaced William Douglas less than six months after they were hired. Customer service was very unresponsive to homeowners and our manager, Anita, was quite condescending at our annual meeting. We are still waiting for financial statements and final accounting three months after leaving them.

image W. Douglas has terrible cust. Service, we got rid of them after 1 yr. They sent out rules 3 times before they got it right Donna &Tie did not want to answer simple questions about HOA stay clear of this Mngt Co
