I highly recommend giving Nathaniel and Brittany a call if you want to sell your house in GA. Nathaniel does exactly what he says he will do and you can tell they actually care about helping people. I read some other reviews and it sounds like I'm not the only one who feels that way either.

I am leaving the area because I am retired from the military, but I had a fixer upper house I needed to sell quickly. Within two days he came out to see the property. Right away he told me straight forward that it wasn't the type of property for him, but he offered to reach out to a few people and sell it for me. He got it sold very quickly and got me exactly what I was asking for. Very friendly, professional and worth giving your business to. Also I appreciate that it is a veteran ran business. If you want to sell a property, fixer upper or not, I would fully recommend you use them.
