Anything Electrical

I called LaShaun at 10 pm on a Thursday to schedule an appointment for the following morning (regarding a repair addendum for a house we’re selling). Not only did he agree to help us out but he stayed on the phone for a good 30 minutes talking me through each line item and outlined the complexity of the fix. Fortunately we didn’t have any major issues, but knowing little about electricity I needed a professional to help me understand what each item meant and what needed to happen. After we talked he told me to call him the next morning and we’d work out a time. I called him the next morning, scheduled an appointment, and he showed up 15 minutes early to make sure we were good to go. We had a slight delay with ordering a part to complete the work, but he was upfront and called/texted me to explain what was going on. Long story short he got the job done quickly once he had all the materials, was very courteous and professional, and stuck around to chit chat after the job was done (I’m a pretty talkative dude, so he humored me 😀). I could tell he had a good bit of experience and seemed to genuinely care about the work he does and his company’s reputation. I highly recommend his company, and will definitely work with him again if I have a future electrical need.

I found the owner of the company not truthful. I was due a refund and never received it. He even lied to the BBB, and told them he mailed me a refund.

Mr. Smalls was expeditious his response and he is extremely professional. The customer service and quality of work was a job well done. Anything Electrical is among the elite businesses in Charleston County.

Where do I begin. This company's owner is the worst I have ever dealt with. I contacted lashaun smalls company to have him come look at a electrical issue on my property inside the home that my tenant at the time called me about. I set up a time for them to come out. Not only were they a hour and half late. They guys showed up. I told them the issue. At first they seemed like they didn't wanna do the job. Well fixed the issue. I called Mr Smalls back to pay with my card. Had him on speaker phone as his employee wasn't going to leave. He says everything is good and his employee left. Well he calls back and says something went wrong and wanted too run my card again. I was in the middle of something I told him id call him back. Well one thing led to another 2 days later the issue happend again. I called Mr. Smalls. Everytime I called it would go to voicemail or he pick up I hear nothing. Well I called another company to come out and they fixed the issue this far from June 18th no issues. Well the big issue is that Mr Smalls calls my phone back to back. All diffrent hours morning. Night. And all between. And comes to my tenants threatens. Then tonight he comes back after 930pm bangs on the door and the windows and then shuts the power off outside of the main breaker. All over 200.00 and didnt even fix tbe issue. With that said i have contacted the police and will filing a lawsuit against his company. I advise anyone with electrical issues to not contact this company at all. Update from the owners respose:8/3/2017 I'm not guilty of anything. I didn't give any stolen credit card information. I still have my credit information. Not only after my post he didn't continue to call me back to back all the way up to 1am. And the service wasn't after hours. Made the appoint to come ar 3pm. Didn't show up till 530pm. From the harassments and damages from shutting the power off again is a criminal offense. Lashaun will paying me. Companies like this just don't prosper. Not only does lashaun run a company non legit but From other reviews here and facebook he don't pay his employees for their work and has scammed others. And lies from my post. I have surveillance footage and legit evidence that will win in any court.
