I love to support local businesses. As a Rock Hill native I have known about this company for many years. So when I contacted them about some flooring I needed I was absolutely shocked that they would not come out to measure or provide a quote unless both me and my wife were present. I have worked in sales for 30+years and if I treated my clients that way I would be fired. Its ok to ask if there are other decision makers involved but to refuse to provide the service that is not only expected but listed on the website is totally unacceptable.
If you need any type of flooring at all, I would not recommend this company. They are living off the reputation that previous generations worked so hard to build but care nothing about their clients who are trying to spend their hard earned money with them. This is evidenced by the fact they have NO social media profiles, and their ancient website hasnt been updated since 2018.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction the sales rep simply said Okay with no attempt to remedy the situation.
If anything changes I will update this review. Meanwhile, buyer beware.

I just had new vynil flooring put in my kitchen. Everyone from, Howard, the owner to Phil and Sonny the installers were wonderful. My Mohawk floor is beautiful, Howard brought samples to my house and helped me with the colors to the design, it blends in beautifully with our hardwood floors. I couldn't be happier with the job and product!! I will highly recommend this business to everyone!!

My experience with Kelletts's Floors and Interiors was great! I am so glad my mom referred me to them. Mr. Howard is very nice and he accommodated me to fit my schedule. He kept his word on everything he promised, from the time we met for an estimation to the time the floor was complete. Floor looks beautiful! I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Kellett provided an excellent carpet product for our master bedroom, hallway and staircase for a very reasonable price. The installers were top notch and pleasant to have in our home. We had a great, all around experience with Mr. Kellett. And we love our carpet! We highly recommend these gentlemen.
