The medical team is amazing, the office staff not so much. The ladies at the front desk are rude, in person and on the phone. The office policies for billing and filing insurance are also not in the patient's best interest.

Dr. Joudeh is by far one of the best in the State. Friendly staff and he cares about his patients. He even called after business hours to check that all was going well after my wisdom teeth removal. I will recommend him to everyone.

I had a great experience with Dr. Proulx and Carrie. They are some of the nicest medical professionals Ive met and very professional. The staff prepared me well pre and post surgery on what to expect, and I appreciated Dr. Proulx calling me later after my surgery to personally check on me. Would highly recommend!

The staff was courteous and very attentive to my needs. Although my allergy to food dye was unlikely to cause any issues, the doctor expressed her due diligence to ensure that I had no Adverse effects to the coloring present in the topical anesthetic. My tooth extraction took about 10 minutes and was affordable, painless, and handled very professionally. Thank you Doctor!
