I went to tour this property after seeing it listed online. Tierra was my tour guide. The property was very beautiful and Tierra was very helpful in pointing out all of the nice features like the built in alarm system! She also added recommendations for the surrounding restaurants which are very close. Id give the property and its staff 10 stars if i could.

Sheron Bates was 90% of the reason why I moved here. The agents at other complexes either werent there when I showed up for a scheduled tours or werent helpful. Sheron was extremely helpful with being flexible on my move-in date and is always friendly and pleasant to interact with. The entire staff at Hawthorne at Simpsonville are always eager to serve the residents in any way possible. I appreciate being part of a community with staff that are proactive about making my living experience enjoyable.
