Helene has been doing my hair for over a year. I ve been very happy with everything. She is available when I need her and has always squeezed me in when I need her. This lady can multi-task! One time I felt as though she didn t cut my hair as short as I wanted it, I called her and told her. Helene s response was Come in and I ll fix you up, no problem and thanks for your feedback . Really? AWESOME. Thanks Helene for everything! Just a note: Helene is originally from NY, so she has sort of a strong personality. If you let her do your hair, you will LOVE it, and if you don't, she'll fix it! There's NO way you won't be happy. I've recommended Helene to several people, including my mom, and I've never heard anything but praises about their experience. Yay Helene! Luv Ya.

I am very disappointed on my highlights! Nothing to sell in store. They don't listen! Loud talking to each other's pleasures then what customer needs to spend money on hair!!!!!

I came in very upset because of the treatment I received at another salon. I dyed my hair myself and made a mess of it. I called and they told me to come right in and it is Saturday. This salon is fun and Tonya is amazing! I will be coming back and telling bringing more with me. Looks like I get to spoil me and hang out with the wonderful ladies in this salon!

I don't know where Belle Dame actually went for her highlights, but I sure can bet it wasn't done at Veronica's....not by Helene. I have been going there for about a year now and have never been disappointed. Helene listens to what I think I want....takes that and makes it happen because of her experience. I have been in the salon when a customer of someone else's came in with tears and Helene never asked who did it...just asked her to sit in chair and by the time the customer left she was smiling and looking forward to her prom. You will never find another hair stylist who cares like Helene. You want clean, experience, someone who listens?...see Helene at Veronica & Co. Faye
