        I’ve purchased 7 new homes in my life. By far the worst experience. It’s been three months since I’ve requested 1 year warranty repairs. There’s been virtually no communication on outstanding items despite my consistent follow up. Stay away from this builder

        There seems to be a mismatch of (expectation)of a salesperson making your home buying experience joyful and the( reality) of a salesperson who was miserable to deal with After spending 20 grueling minutes with jennifer we realized that we would never want to go 8 months building a house with a person who should never work with the public Stanley Martin should do themselves and the public a favor and realize who is representing them we would not recommend this builder after this encounter
