Very disappointed with this branch.They are not informative about anything i called another branch with my questions and got a straight up answer i call back to the Simpsonville office only to be told that that the information i was given was incorrect pour judgement on my behalf .I will definitely take my tax preparations to a competitor from now on . I only gave 1 star because i could not give them a negative rateing
