If I could leave zero stars, I would. We had a reservation to pick up a truck with this location today and when my husband went in to get it, they told him they had no truck for him. When my husband asked why, they told him because someone extended their reservation with dispatch and they were not aware. What?! We had a reservation. My husband was obviously furious, because moves are stressful enough as it is and we have a lot going on with a tight schedule. They told him he was basically SOL and had to drive to Mauldin to go and get a truck there. The man at the counter took no accountability and didn’t give my husband a discount or even a genuine apology. You guys could have at least called and told us that you didn’t have a truck for us EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A RESERVATION. This is highly unacceptable and completely unprofessional. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere in the future and also recommending that all of our friends do as well.

In reference to Mrs. Crane I just wanted to state that I am a manager at the facility you were speaking negatively about. As we tried to state to your husband at the time he came in, in which he was trying to over speak my employee, we did not get the extended contract from the previous customer. We did call around to several places to get him a truck after we offered him a size down from the 26, since it was all we had at the time. He continually over talked us, raised his voice and also said MuthaFu**** out loud in our store. He was then asked to leave our facility due to his behavior by an off duty deputy and was told not to come back in our store. In which then he stated he would leave us a bad review. I just wanted to post the truth behind the story. I am sorry for your frustrations but what most people dont understand is we are a sub store for uhaul. We have no control on them changing reservations without warning or what inventory they send our way. We do our best to try to compensate for that but it doesnt always happen. Yesterday it did not happen due to your husband not allowing it to.
