Seems everyones complaint is taking too long to get order, after prepaying, as is my issue. Been over a month now. I called again (4th time) this morning 2-28-19, they answered phone Classic Metals, after a few questions, I found out CM out of Chester is now filling back orders. Sounds to me like there is a buyout going on.

Ordered roof on January 2nd and was told 7-10 days. It is now February 15th and still no metal roof. Numerous excuses of why, but no ownership of the issue. After reading the reviews, it seems like this is a habitual problem with the company. This could have been avoided with simple honesty up front on the time frame. Maybe you lose an order by giving people the truth up front but at least you don’t lose your reputation.

I orders 4 pieces of 10 foot ridge caps I prepay and 1 month later still no metal now they moved and new place cant find my paper work if you plan to buy from this company do not pre pay cause you can lose ur money like it looks like I am and dont be on a time frame cause it can be months before you get your order this company dose not care about customers they just want your prepayment.

This company does business with unlicensed contractors and fails to disclose this to customers. Earlier in the year a Glenn Autry did a carport for me. He kept telling me the metal was late and that was why the project was late.
I called Eagle Metal and the guy asked me who the contractor was and I told him and he said he knew Glenn and my order was almost ready.
Today my carport collapsed. It would of been nice if the person I talked to on the phone said this guy was a fraud, especially after he told me he knew Glenn.
Be very careful dealing with this company and their friendly contractors.

Ordered and paid for metal. Was told 7-10 days, 26 days later still no metal and nothing but excuses. Makes me look stupid with my customers.
