I wish this could be a zero star. Rooms are not clean we moved to a different room, first had dirty laundry and old food on the floor. Second, bathroom shower had stains and hair all over. The elderly gentleman named "Steve" and identified himself as the manager was rude in all interactions. Admitted he was targeting us because we had our stay comped by Holiday Inn Vacations to listen to the time share speech and Steve doesn't like HI Vacations so he targets those guests. Very unprofessional and very rude. Locked us out of our room because they failed to collect the right amount of taxes and resort fees and we didn't run back in the middle of the day to pay for their mistake. Also refused to supply the owner of the property information or take down any formal complaints.

Close to the beach. Actually On the Beach! Restauant had good food for dinner. Very clean. Friendly Staff! We will be back! Our group loved it! We had 45 people - 25 rooms for 2 nights. We should have stayed another night!!! Loved the fire pit in the evening! Good breakfast!
