I ordered online. Upgraded to a Deluxe arrangement. What was delivered to the mortuary was sparse. 3 roses, 3 lillies and 3 carnations, a few fillers.

Absolutely horrible customer service and does not fulfill orders as said online.. I would not recommend ever using this business. Mr. Larry was very unpleasant and seemed very confused on every question I asked.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...go somewhere else! The worst experience ever ordering over the phone! Larry, the owner should NOT handle customer orders. Ordered simple arrangement. He took my credit card info but couldn't even tell me what the total was! Said he'd email my receipt. That was 2 days ago. Still no receipt. Were the flowers delivered? I have no idea. What a horrid way to run a biz. RUN. Don't walk to his one of his competitors!

We ordered a bouquet for an engagement and we were very disappointed in how it looked. After charging us $80+ for a small bouquet. I had to go to publix and get more . And publix $15 bouqet looked nicer than their $80...

Absolutely go somewhere else. This is the worst experience I've ever had with ordering flowers. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. These guys get the order, sit on it, then make excuses as to why it's not their fault for not delivering on time. On top of that, if your order isn't even delivered they'll tell you you can't get your money back because they didn't get paid, the website did. WORST LOGIC AND WORST CUSTOMER INTERACTION I'VE HAD IN YEARS!!!!!!!!!
