Their service for down here in the country is horrible we don't even get our full bandwidth that we're supposed to get and yet they still charge us this is sad my grandsons tell me all the time on how bad the wifi is down here why.

These guys are great! First they were the only ones to offer fiber optic cable to our rural neighborhood in Ravenel, SC. Second they did a very professional job running the connection through our yard and installing the internet connection in the house. They made a small mistake and damaged the drywall in the adjacent room. The installers apologized and told me to get the repairs done and PRTC would pay for it. I declined the offer and easily fixed it myself. Without any request they dropped the $200 installation fee. Third, it has performed flawlessly until tonight at 9 PM it suddenly red lighted and the wireless connections I had set up vanished. I called the listed number planning to leave a voicemail to schedule a repair visit. To my surprise I was able to connect immediately with a support technician, and 10 min later he had everything working perfectly again.
