Customer service and attentiveness is nowhere to be found. Owners couldn’t manage an ice cream store on the hottest day even if they gave away product for free . On the verge of bankruptcy, stay away.

never fixed floors that were cracked or any issues on 11 month list. filed complaint with bbb and no answer. all kinds of people showed up even took pics. went to call individuals to check in one was not in office everytime i called. floor people number disconnected a/c issue i paid to repair. but new start answered emails and showed up to walk though list. to take advantage of a disabled handicapped veteran is a shame and should make it right. want pics email me i will show you. And check the BBB my compaints are on file and no response from builders.

I Love my Home I purchased last year I dealt with Joe Hawk through the whole buying process and he was awesome. Only have good things to say about Joe Hawk and New Start Homes give these guys a shot for sure.

If I can give them negative stars, I would. To all buyer everywhere, don't buy from New Start Homes. I was in a contract to buy a new construction home which the agent Joe said was suppose to be completed in a month time. Then delay after delay after delay. For the first two month into the contract, they did nothing to the house and lied that someone came and stole their ordered window which they have to re-order. Then lied again that the windows was wrong and have to re-order again. Truth is, they couldn't line up their financial situation and have to put construction on hold. They know their financial hold up way before I went into contract with them and yet still lied to trap me into a contract. A one month delay turn to 4 months. My apartment lease end after the second month into the contract. Then I was on my own with my siblings who are trying to relocate from another states. Almost got us homeless with them being unresponsive and their short notification on delays. Their EXTENSIONS have a hard closing date of which they didn't met, yet when I walk away after, they still won't return my earnest money. Joe(agent) and the builder(Brantlely Pope) may look very nice but they are liars who can't even live up to their words. These two either have very bad date estimations with their construction schedule or they are just plain liars. As good as their house look, stay away from these two or you'll be sorry. Find other builder with a strong background.
