Linda Shoup - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been going to Linda Shoup State Farm since I moved to town in 2013! I have always had GREAT customer service any time I needed anything or had a question. Going to the office I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly conversation from Linda and her entire team. As a kid fresh out of high school, Linda and her team took the time to explain to me my options in a way I could understand them and did not pressure me into one policy over another. Now that I am an adult, that education continues and has helped me make the best decisions for my family! I highly recommend Linda Shoup and her entire team!

Dealing with insurance policies is a daunting task, but Linda and her wonderful office staff make the experience painless. Anytime I need something insured I check with them immediately. They are more than willing to run the numbers and always do in a timely manner. They have provided excellent services for me on multiple policies. I have gotten different vehicles and checked into coverage on different ones when I was making a decision on which one I would be purchasing. I have added on policies, like life insurance, because their office is so easy to deal with and explain things very well. You get a discount for having multiple policies through them. For vehicles, there is also a drive safe discount. Whenever there's a change in rates, good or bad, from fluctuating inflation ect, they immediately contact you and explain the change. I've had other insurance companies just make the change and not speak to me about it. I have shopped around occasionally to make sure I'm staying on top of getting the best deal and State Farm has always had the best rate for me. Definitely check in with them to see if you can save like I have.
