Susan did an incredible job with all of our flowers. I told her what I envisioned with colors and she exceeded my expectations. She took note of the details I wished to have and I was pleasantly surprised to see them the day of. We also had to add on a few additional items to our order about a month before the wedding and she was happy to accommodate them. We made our own arbor piece and center pieces and she coordinated her arrangements perfectly to match. Your special day will be in great hands if you choose Susan!

Susan did INCREDIBLE. I had pretty specific requests including no greenery in the bouquets and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. And then some!! Wow. I’m still amazed. It can be nerve-wracking not knowing in the least what to expect before-hand, but all my worries were put at ease the second I saw them right before pictures started. I would recommend her to any and everyone for trusting her on their big day because I don’t get another wedding lol but if I did, I’d choose Susan! I can’t thank her enough.

The flowers turned out okay, but I was far from impressed by them or the owner. The day of the wedding there was nothing I could do or say because Susan dropped off the flowers at the venue, and just left. I never saw her, nor did I receive a phone call. I had major communication issues with Susan who kept forgetting that she had already talked to me about certain things in the prior days and needed to discuss them again. I made it very clear that I DID NOT want any type of mason jars in my wedding but when I showed up to the venue, there were mason jars everywhere. The groomsmen did not get their boutonnieres, but again, she was not around for me to ask her about them. The day before the wedding she insisted that I had not ordered an arch piece, but instead had told her I wanted an table arrangement for the unity ceremony (which we never planned on having a unity ceremony or table for that matter). Even after the venue reminded her that I had in fact ordered it, she he was extremely snappy and rude, and even said that myself and the venue staff were lying. I tried to calm her down and apologized for the "miscommunication" because I needed my wedding flowers and really felt like she was not going to give me anything. At that point she then agreed to put a small arrangement together, but did let me know that it was going to be really small because she used the rest of the flowers for another wedding.

Susan did an amazing job with our flowers. We couldn’t have been happier with how they turned out! They were so beautiful.
