        Smells like an ashtray when you walk in the building. Didn't think it was legal to smoke in govt. offices. Rude and not professional at all. Water gives me an instant stomach ache. I won't cook with it or allow my dogs to drink it. Nothing good about Black Water that I can see. Just sold my home, moving back to Rapid. Very good thing!!!
