        Quiet place on the outskirts of town, reasonable cost per month, enough parking to go around, and the management company is responsive to inquiries and requests. If you’re looking for a nice place to live in Brookings that’s straightforward, this place should definitely be considered. There is currently one dryer in 812 that seems to have issues with heat and sensitivity, so there’s only one that functions correctly as of time of writing. Will update if that changes.
