Frank Pavich American Family Insurance

Several Years ago I was looking to switch Insurance Companies. I felt my premiums were getting so high and there had to be more choices. I knew Kit and Frank personally and asked for a quote. American Family was able to save me about 100.00 per month. The customer service I have received whether in person or on the phone with the corporate office has always been exceptional. The honesty, integrity and genuine care for people is what keeps me with this branch!! I appreciate the Pavich Family Denise Gienger and Kathy and highly recommend them for all your Insurance needs.

We are extremely happy with the service at Frank Pavich American Family Agency. We have shopped around and found the premiums to be highly competitive. Frank, Andrea and crew have been wonderful to work with. Yes, insurance claims can be troublesome, but these guys do their best to make it smooth.

A total nightmare. They have the highest premiums of any major insurance company. Then after the hail last year they were impossible to work with. When we FINALLY got our claim approved they kept sending the ins. check to an address in Bottineau NORTH DAKOTA. Maybe they should have mailed the checks to the house we filed the claim on, the house we LIVE IN, in SOUTH DAKOTA. We do not own ANY property in North Dakota. Incompetent, overpriced , impossible to work with. Just what I would expect from a Deadwood buisness. Dont waste your time or money. Good luck trying to file a claim you will never get fully covered for your damages as we learned the hard way.
