They couldn't fix my car when I brought it in because the engine light had gone off when they started the car. They were good about making a game plan for me to follow in case it came on again when I was driving it. Plans were made to bring the car in and read the codes when the light came on again. I was treated with respect, which as a woman, I appreciate greatly.

My Brother in Law (and our family) is PISSED and has every right to be. The fact that he only got to drive his truck he purchased here for about 3 Months before the cylinder blew, is sketchy as hell. Even take away the fact that it AGAIN took Months for it to be repaired (since the motors are in short supply as you say). When are you going to address the UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE service reps you have working there??? (such as Kolby for example) I have read the previous Google Reviews for this dealership and see a pattern of poor customer service there, that seems to never be addressed. It looks like you keep the same Gaslighting, copy and paste response which is We are sorry YOUR visit didnt meet YOUR expectations And who knows maybe customer service isnt a priority there. And maybe you guys focus more on scamming people out of more money for trucks. Different strokes for different folks but if is, you should just say that instead of that response. Another common theme in previous reviews is how long it takes for a lot of the trucks to be fixed which again is sketchy. My point is Trace Beck My Brother is now out of 15K and my sister is going to give birth in a few months. And I know you may not care the toll this has taken on them FINANCIALLY WITH A BABY ON THE WAY, but this situation is past Unprofessionalism. And we are not looking for the same response to this review which will be We are sorryIf you would like to visit with me about this, please feel free to call me at the 605 number. We are looking for actual SOLUTIONS. Which would be to Offer him a trade for a better pickup. And to eat the cost for what the difference in pricing is by 15K that had to be paid (for the lemon that was sold to him). Trace Beck we are hoping that you are interested in making the situation right and willing to SOLVE this problem. NO FAMILY with a baby on the way should have to shell this much money out on a newly purchased vehicle DO THE RIGHT THING. We will ALL be awaiting your response.

Buyers beware! My BF only had his pick up from here for two months and the cylinder blew. He paid over 15K to have it repaired and they kept the pickup for MONTHS . The service desk rep Kobe had a terrible attitude. Which is wild considering how much money we had to dish out to this place. Went to the other dealerships in town as well as recommendation from the hills they all said they wouldve ate the cost and traded for another pick up on their lot but this was never offered through Beck . He was better off keeping the truck he traded in and avoiding this place all... if youre interested in being upside down on the vehicle this is your place to go
