Sean Antoon was fantastic as a sales rep. Leslie was great with paperwork. No hard pressure sales . Was disappointed when I saw the sale price they put on my trade considering what they gave on trade ! Over was a positive experience

Disgusted by the service and treatment I received. I purchased a used car from this dealership and was told all services and recalls had been completed. I liked the vehicle so I purchased it. I trusted this vehicle and the what the manager had stated. My wife and kids used this vehicle often. about 2 weeks after ownership I found out the producer of this vehicle had an app so I downloaded it. About 3 days after downloading the app my phone gives a message from the app stating that 3 recalls are still open for this vehicle 1 being a safety recall. I immediately go outside to see if my vehicle has this issue and find that yes the vehicle I was told was safe and all services and recalls had been checked and let my wife drive with our 2 children could have killed them. I inform the dealership and tell them I am taking it to the local dealership that sells this vehicle. The dealership tells me this is a Canadian vehicle and they cant do anything to help me, so I call international relations. after 4 months of fighting and trying to get this taken care of they tell me sorry this is a gray market vehicle and we cant help you and oh by the way we cant service this vehicle in any way in the US either! I go back to Mckie ford and in the end they tell me well good luck its your problem now. This is not how you treat a customer who trusted you to be honest and trusted your word that the vehicle was safe for his family. this dealership is nothing more than a craigslist scammer with a Ford dealership badge on it.
