I received 3 flower arrangements (from 3 different florists in Rapid City) all within one day of each other. Forget Me Not Floral's arrangement was by far the worst. The delivery smelled of cigarette smoke when I opened the plastic bag covering it. Half of the flowers were already wilted, and the rest of the flowers in the arrangement lasted only about 1/3 of the time that the other 2 arrangements lasted. I personally will never order from Forget Me Not Floral. My out of town friend who tried to order me a nice gift was taken advantage of.

My husband ordered Valentine's flowers for me online. I got a yellow and peach arrangement with three wilting peach roses. The picture he wanted showed more than 4 red roses. ( I can't see how many might be on the back side of the arrangement photo.) This arrangement looks like it's ready for a funeral not Valentine's Day. I'm taking them back today and if the owner doesn't replace them, I'm going to take it up with our cc company. After reading so many negative posts, I wish he'd have saved his money (over $100!) And to top it off, he paid $4.99 for a card. I received the typical delivery 2x3 card that comes with EVERY bouquet. $5 for that? What a scam.

Won't let me rate them a zero. My husband rarely gets me flowers and I was excited to receive them. The cream roses were big but also bruised and droopy.  The other small flowers were wilted and basically dead. The water in the vase was very cloudy and greenish. Very disappointing will tell everyone how bad these were. A great Valentine's day bouquet!

Wish I was able to leave ZERO stars, Ordered flowers for my Daughters Birthday, I ordered the Premium, BIG and busting with color, I had them sent to her work, she took a photo and sent it to me with thank you Mom they are pretty, I was so heart broken, I burst out in tears, with such Bad REVIEWS, this place should be closed up, they are just ripping People off.. SAVE your Money, and go somewhere else, anywhere but here.
