This visit was for my mother. She is so excited with the wonderful Aspen Dental on 41st Street, Sioux Falls! She just knew she would have to get new dentures (which would have rocked her world in a very bad way). The 2 dentists came up with a plan that she is sooo happy with. Yes, they were able to fix up her denture with her first visit-and she totally loves Aspen Dental. She said everyone was so very friendly and explained quite clearly what her options were. She is almost 90, and really didn't want new dentures. Not because of the cost (which is actually very reasonable), but because she loves eating with her dentures now. They made it happen and in a very short time, all done and off we went to lunch. She says they feel the same and that's what she wanted! So a Big thank you to the whole crew there today (you have helped me too, just by her being so happy!)

Had an appointment with them last week, they called me to reschedule because they weren't actually going to be open at that time! So, we rescheduled it for today at 4pm. I get there and the young lady at the desk tells me it was rescheduled for 3PM and I missed it! So WHY didn't anyone tell me!? ..She asked if I checked my email this morning! That's not an acceptable form of contact & why would anyone assume to do this!? She goes on to tell me, "Sorry! A lot of the time our systems are screwd up here & we now can't get you taken care of for two weeks from now".. Of course, I told 'em I'll just go find a new dentist!

Everyone was so helpful. The doctors took time to explain things to me and they worked with my oncology team to make sure I was able to get in and get a beautiful new smile!
