Culligan Soft Water Service has provided me with wonderful, worry free, hassle free service for the past several years. I have rented a water softener from them for years and have never had any issues with the equipment. They deliver salt when needed and even fill the softener!! Great service, great employees, thank you for your years of service.

Charging $2000 dollars for a 17 year old water softener was a little bit extreme. Especially when its up to the dealer to determine the value.Communication with Jason at Culligan was also horrible. He doesn't return calls to the office. I called 4 times over a month period to the office and he never returned my phone calls until i got his cell number after physically stopping into the office.I would say the last straw with Culligan of Watertown was Jason telling my wife she doesn't listen to me when I tell her something. Then telling her if she wanted a copy of the signed contract she could come and get it herself because its not Jason's job to provide paperwork for accounts. That is a word for word quote from Jason the owner.I stopped into the office to retrieve a copy of the contract my aunt had signed (I was managing her estate) and Jason wouldn't even talk to me. He looked at the floor and ran out of the office.Everyone was very nice and polite, the owner however was not.
