Mr. Harris is totally off the mark. Kucera Electric is located in Winner, South Dakota and would not have a vehicle in either Washington or Idaho. They are a great company that employs only very professional people.

Not sure if Robert knows that Kucera Electric is in Winner SD pop. 2,800. I really don't think they'd be doing any jobs in the state of Washington much less in Idaho. What probably happened was a sale of some older fleet vehicles that ended up out there. As used contractor vans go cheap. I'm sure the new purchaser just never scraped the window decals off.

Showed up to replace dryer power cord. They moved the washer from its spot, in doing that the drain was pulled out of the wall. Once they finished installing the dryer cord they put the washer back to its spot but failed to place the washer drain hose back to where it belongs.
My pregnant wife started a load of laundry and found water soaked into the floor. When I got home from work, water was dripping from the garage ceiling onto our cabinets and electrical box. (Laundry room is above the garage.)
My wife called and told them what had happened all that was said “well we didn’t do it on purpose.” Received the bill today $285.94.
$150 labor
$110 travel
Plus cord and tax.
