        These people refuse service to the disabled. They kicked someone out because they don't "Feel that they are obligated to work with the symptoms of mental illness. That is for the Capital Area Counciling Service to deal with." Direct Quote of Steve Lee. Apparently Avera doesn't believe people with disabilities are deserving of medical care. This is not one person's complaint, we've got a list of 50 people that have been tured away, misdiagnosed, or have gotten worse and counting. If you value your health go to Sioux Falls like the locals do.
