Don and Bev Janak. These human beings are THE MOST amazing people I've ever met!! We were driving from Sioux falls and hit a deer late friday night in the middle of nowhere on 83 South and My car was toast and Don and his son Aaron Came down to our rescue and towed us to Winner SD. What they did for us is unheard of and unbelievable.....I had the worst weekend of my life and this whole experience was so scary and I wouldn't have made it without these guys. They went out of their OWN way to help us out in any way they possibly could. The cost of the tow itself was very cheap and reasonable, he was willing to pick us up at our hotel and take us anywhere we needed to go that night and even the next day he came by our hotel to check on us. I had zero cell reception this whole entire time and the hotel manager was a CROOK and a jerk and kicked us out Saturday afternoon at 3pm and we had to sit outside and had nowhere to go. My parents hadn't left Sioux Falls yet So it was going to be another 3 hours before I could even get home. The only Uhaul truck they had was in Chamberlain SD and by the time my mom had gotten there they would've been closed. So we're sitting outside on our asses stranded with no cell phone, and I'm on the phone with Bev and the Uhaul in Chamberlain and I said we're going to get kicked out of our hotel in about 10 minutes and My mom hasn't left yet and we needed to get to Chamberlain....so Bev...she stopped me right then and there and asked if my mom had left yet, which she hadn't, and told me to tell my mom not to come and offered to give us a ride to chamberlain for FREE. Gosh I was in pieces and started bawling! What an amazing person to offer two strangers an hour long drive to help us get to our Uhaul so we could get home. She didn't have to do that but she did and she truly blew us away with this amazing gesture. HOLY Cow I couldn't believe the amazing customer service we got from these people. TRULY heartfelt and went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations!!!! I could not thank them enough! By the end of the day Saturday I felt like I was part of their little Family. I will definitely stop by the next time we come through there, hopefully it will be on better circumstances!! Love you guys!!!!! Thank you, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did!!
