Incredible Lawn Service and Landscaping

Called and talked to Devin told him I had a drainage problem. He said we r to busy to mess with something like that. What kind of a business says something like that. If I could them a minus star I would. If anybody ask me about them I will tell them to go somewhere else. They do not have a good business ethics. Well Devin did call me back to discuss my review of his company explained why they cannot work on my yard. I do understand that everybody wants something done. If he would have explained it i.would have understood

We had a bunch of overgrown landscaping from the previous owners of our house all around our large backyard. The mulch was deep, the shrubs overgrown, and the weeds were everywhere. Devin and his one man crew worked two long days to remove every bit of it (mulch included), prep, and sod. They did everything that we wanted and for a good price compared to other quotes I had received. I will use them again if I ever need any other landscaping done.

Devin and his team installed draining and sod in the backyard of my home. He answered all the questions I had about how much to water, how often, and when to mow. Very reasonably priced and would do business with again. Yard looks great and it has been almost a month. Highly recommended.

This Company is crooked. They take your money and do a horrible job and do not honor their contracts. They used annual rye and I paid over $800 to have my grass die within a month and they never returned to finish out the contract. They actually had the telephone number changed. I complained to the BBB and they didnt respond to the claim. So now they have a record with them as being bad. The owner Devin Black is not a very nice person. We have weeds and mud for $818. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND STAY FAR AWAY. IF YOU WANT MUD AND WEEDS FOR YOUR MONEY THEN HIRE HIM. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Lastly he takes pictures of yards as he is driving by then posts them on his website as his own work. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. Devin, you can reply all you want to our complaints but the BBB agreed with me and it shows on their page. More people should complain with them so everyone can see how shady your company is. Come and take a look at my $800 yard and see all the mud and weeds. Your customer service stinks and so does your business ethic. Sorry but I speak my opinion on my dealings with you. I hope you are happy with taking our hard earned money and doing a crappy job and not finishing what you were paid to do. Also, I dont feel it is right that a paying customer needs to call you 10x and get no reply then you change your number. You should be calling your customers and setting the dates, keeping those dates and trying your hardest to make your customers happy. I have never complained about anyone before so this does not come lightly. Why dont you come and take photos of my yard and post it on your website? Lets see how much business you would get then :-(
