I purchased an Epson sublimation printer and a Roland Printer from this company the end of last year. The Epson printer arrived damaged and when their provided technician came to set it up it would not load inks. I had to deal with this issue myself and Epson sent a service tech which agreed that it could not be fixed on June 2nd and that the printer should be replaced with a new one. It is now August 3rd and nothing has been done except for being passed back and forth on who should take care of this. I have called and asked for a manager to try and get answers several times and have never received a call back.

Can't get anyone to call me back. I placed an order Dec 27th by phone, no invoice, no confirmation, no communication. On Jan 15, I called to find out where my order was, and they said it would be delivered the next day and I'd have to have payment upon delivery. I told her I never received and invoice to forward to our bookkeeper for payment, she still never told me how much it was, just that I'd have to have a check ready. We don't do that. I had to cancel my order and cannot get our Account Manager, Joshua Frye, to get back with me. He has ignored all of my emails and I'm consistently transferred to his full voicemail. When I log in to my dashboard, I notice the order I placed had not been entered in the system until January 13th!! I've since moved on to order with another company, but my company has previously done prepaid inventory with our logo, I'm just trying to find out if we have any left.
