DO NOT USE THIS PONY RENTAL- We scheduled sarah to bring a pony to our daughters birthday and she never showed up! We called and texted with no response. This was the ONLY entertainment scheduled for the party and all of the children were so bummed. She texted at 1:00 am and said that her child had taken her phone and she couldn’t find it and so she could not call me. She offered our money back and to give us a free one hour pony ride at anytime. We scheduled her for the following Tuesday (my daughters actual birthday) and had some of the children come back for a dinner and pony ride. I texted her at 3 to confirm our 5pm appointment and she said she would be at our home at 5pm. She texted again about ten minutes later saying she had a flat tire and may be a few minutes late. I texted her at 10 after five and she said she was still at the tire shop and that she would get an eta, I never heard back from her. I still have not received my deposit back from her. LONG STORY SHORT: She is either a scam artist or the most unreliable entertainment in town. BEWARE!!!
