Joyce Brunette was very sweet and made us feel very comfortable. Any questions we had she was able to answer them with a smile and get us the best quote for insurance since we are on Social Security. Also there was another lady there, her name was Jonabeth Garret, she was also very sweet. I would highly recommend coming to this office to get insurance! You will not be dissapointed! I was buying a new car and called to cancel. Jonabeth asked why I was leaving and I told her of an overpriced quote. She asked to whip one up for me right then. I had the time so she did. She saved me an additional $35 over the best quote I had found. I purchased the vehicle and had her add the new vehicle. Since I was an existing customer it was a quick process. And surprisingly when the policy was active the price was $55 lower than she quoted a few hours before. Overall she saved me $90 over the lowest quote I found. Amazing experience and an amazing agent. Jonabeth is my new favorite person!

I had no problems with direct insurance at first... Then I sold my 2011 BMW 135i convertible (twin turbo) and purchased a 2007 cts Cadillac (v6)my insurance went up 80 dollars.. When I ask them why I got a ( I don't know answer).. Then when my 6 month payment came due it went up also and again when I asked I got another I DONT KNOW. You have no infractions. .so I decided instead of paying for another 6 months of I don't knows I went and purchased new insurance that was 100 dollars cheaper and they could answer my questions with actual answers. But what really ticked me off was the fact that before my due date payment was due I called them and said I have a new insurance I don't need your insurance anymore and next thing I get is to be told I have a 75 dollar cancellation fee???? I guess that's how they keep from refunds of unused time on your policy.now I understand how they actually make their money ...i will never go back to this company for insurance and if you decide you like I don't know answers and random I don't know charges have fun with this insurance company ...
