I ordered my food through the app while in the the drive line. It was so easy to just check in at the kiosk. All I had to do was pull up they handed me my food that was already paid for throught app. I could see the progress of my food as I went around the building. Fast accurate service. I'll be back.

I have been to this location several times now since moving to Athens, TN; I actually will not even stop at the other one or any other because of the absolute wonderful service I have received at this location. I hate that I don't have any specific names to give credit to the great service they've given. I came late my first 2 visits and had the same lady at the drive thru and was not expecting the service I received. She was just super nice; especially with it being so close to closing. But what really blew me away, was the consistent kindness from a few others, every single time I go to this Taco Bell. It just completely blew me away, so I needed to write a review. Thank you so much for your consistency in great service. It truly does make a difference!

We ordered a pretty big order because we have 3 kids ... It was late i had just gotten off work and wanted to get home... We paid for sour creme on everything didnt get any however apparently he made a heman refference my husband got and kept everything moving smoothly ... we also have NEVER HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION so we declined reciept and drove all the way home without checking but when we got home we had paid for soue creme on everything... We called and the manger chris/christian was so amazingly accommidating !!! Thank you you are doing great and christain desrves a raise no matter what he currently makes.
