        Kevin the manager helped me out tremendously with a problem I had with a order I had when I ordered a game from their app. The game came out Wednesday, already paid for, but the game was not going to be delivered until March 23rd. Ridiculous. So Kevin was nice enough to sell me his last one he had in store. And I get my money back from the one coming in the mail. Great guy. I suggest you preorder anything directly from the store, not the app. Thanks Kevin for great service.
