Place is a mis-managed dumpster fire. I took a brand-new boat with a 200hp Suzuki for a routine 100hr service. I called ahead and spoke with a lady who said they were turning the services around quickly and that it could be worked in within a week. When I came to drop the boat off the guy who checked me in was a complete jerk. I asked how long it would be he said minimum 2 weeks and don't call every couple of days to check on it. I asked how much the service would cost. He said he didn't know exactly, and he thought it would be around 500.00 bucks. A different guy, a total used car salesman or boat salesman in this case; tells me around 1000.00 or more. I should have loaded up and gone on down the road then, but I did not. I left it there for two weeks and never called. I went by there to grab a couple of life jackets out of the boat and thought I'll check in and see if they had an update on where I was at in line. The same jack-ass at the front acted like i personally offended him for asking and then said he had no idea when and no idea how many boats were in front of mine. I wanted to slap this fool but loaded up and went on down the road. Lesson learned if you cant have decent customer service and a good attitude towards people then get the heck out of the service business. This place is a joke! Read all the reviews, not just the few friends and family before you take your boat there.

Last fall we used our boat Friday and Saturday with no issues. Sunday, we plan to go out and the boat would not start. After some testing, we nail it down to the fuel pump.I take the boat to water workz the next week to change the fuel pump. I should have walked away when they started with "we don't like to tell the mechanic what is wrong we want them to find it" After much discussion I said if it is the fuel pump (I knew it was) replace it. If it is anything else call me.I get a phone call and they said they replaced the fuel pump but now it needs the carburetor rebuilt. I give in and let them do that. Then the next phone call is the block has frozen and busted and needs the motor rebuilt due to water in the oil.The boat is stored inside our basement and has not been outside below freezing. Then their story changes to it has overheated and blown a gasket.  Still needs to be rebuilt.  I tell them to put it back together and I will pay for what I owe them but to do no more work on the boat. When I pick up the boat it did have water in the oil but........I changed the oil and had to put a few lines back together that they left apart.  I can't prove that they put water in my motor, but I have used the boat a couple of times and had no issues and no water in the oil.I would like to see a news show do an undercover show about them.I can say without a doubt I will never use them for anything, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
