Over the top competent and knowledgeable about a wide range of topics seemingly outside their product suite. Tracey was extremely helpful walking me through a number of troubleshooting steps on my Huum controller. Problem was clearly a user error (me) but it was nice to get the help even though it was after hours. About the Huum heater, I could not be more satisfied. The smartphone app makes using this heater and my sauna a snap. The ability to set a start time for the morning when going to bed is outstanding as I can walk downstairs at 05:00 and the sauna is piping hot. Highly recommend The Sauna Place!

One of my sauna heating elements burnt in a unit that we rent out so I needed it fixed fast. I contacted the original manufacturer for some info and never even heard back. I called The Sauna Place and they were able to help me right away. I ordered the part and it was at my door within three days and the shipping was free. Will shop here for all of my future sauna equipment needs.

I bought foil vapor barrier from another sauna place. They said it was aluminum foil but it was really plastic!! Not good. I have to rip it out. The Sauna Place helped me immensely by having the right vapor barrier and shipping it to me so fast I have practically lost no time in construction. Great service. Thanks!
